Bookings are secured and confirmed as soon as the deposit has been paid.

Great care is taken to accurately display images online. Due to different monitors, resolutions and settings, some variation in photographic prints may occur compared to what you might see on your screen. Please be assured though, that all photographic prints ordered will be of a superior quality to that which one could hope to present online.

Clients receive a worldwide perpetual license to use all their images for all commercial and private purposes (except resale). Under Australian law, the copyright of an image is owned by the photographer and, accordingly, some images may be used for Grant Scott-Hayward Photography promotional purposes. Please discuss with me any exclusive copyright requirements, confidentiality concerns, or embargo dates.

Digital images are delivered in JPEG format. Alternative file formats can be arranged on request.

Grant Scott-Hayward Photography will grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-refundable, non-transferable, worldwide license to use your image(s) ("Media") for permitted commercial (not for resale) and private purposes, defined as:

• advertising and promotion, including social media use, or as part of a website for promotional purposes; and

• banners, billboards, books, brochures, business cards, corporate calendars, corporate stationery, décor, displays, exhibitions, flyers, magazines, newsletters, newspapers, packaging, posters, presentations, printed publications, prints, reports, and tear sheets for promotional purposes, or other commercial display (none for resale).

You may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the Media without prior written permission from Grant Scott-Hayward Photography. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Media may not be used in an illegal, immoral, obscene, pornographic, libellous, or defamatory manner. Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Media may only be made available for download by Grant Scott-Hayward Photography. Grant Scott-Hayward Photography retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the license of the Media. Grant Scott-Hayward Photography will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or your use of the Media.

Unfortunately I don't offer drone services.

I provide booking flexibility for weather or other reasonable contingencies, wherever possible. For rescheduled events, I endeavour to accommodate date changes and there is no additional cost other than necessary out of pocket expenses incurred due to postponements (e.g. travel, accommodation, permits, etc). For cancelled events, deposits are not refundable.

As every event and photoshoot is different, the number of images delivered will obviously vary.

An option is available for your logo to be added to your images for branding purposes.

Professional photography equipment, coupled with the right know-how, certainly helps for low light situations. For some events, flash or continuous lighting may be used where necessary.

For online gallery purchases, payments can be made using credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking date. The balance is payable within 3 days of the photography date, after which the images will be delivered.

Generally, I provide a mix of action, candid, and posed images, using natural, photojournalistic, and creative approaches. Most important is for me to know what you want.

I use Sony professional photography gear, including Sony A1 cameras and suite of Sony Grand Master prime, wide-angle and zoom lenses, Nisi filters, and Sirui tripod. For low light situations, where necessary I use a Godox flash and modifiers, and for post-processing I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Content creation for social media is available if required.

There is no charge for travel to locations within Melbourne. For other locations, travel costs will be quoted accordingly.

Videography services can be arranged if required.
