Grant Scott-Hayward

My life is a blessed adventure! I began my career as a professional tennis coach while studying a commerce degree, before moving into management consulting and completing an MBA. I then enjoyed an interesting corporate career, including being CEO of a large Australian law firm and working as CEO for a king. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, I have travelled to more than 40 countries, and now call Melbourne, Australia home.

Now, I balance my time between being behind my camera capturing (hopefully wow) images for others to enjoy, working as a Leadership & Strategy Adviser, being a Tour Leader alongside my beautiful wife, and undertaking a variety of volunteer work. While photography was always a keen interest of mine, I never imagined that I would one day be enjoying this passion professionally.

Genres I enjoy photographing include sports, aviation, landscapes and wildlife. Whether capturing the action, shooting an exciting event, or being on safari, it is a joy to be a photographer. As a Christian, it a privilege to share moments of God’s awesome creation. Photographers who inspire me include Gary Lisbon, Ken Duncan, Dave Black, and Mark Gray, each for their exceptional talent, stunning images, and faith in Jesus Christ.

Married, with three amazing daughters, I’m passionate about my family. I’m an ardent supporter of Liverpool Football Club, am a Football Referee, and also enjoy running, golf and travelling.

I hope you enjoy my images and that our paths may meet one day!
